1. About MerchantStamp
MerchantStamp is a SaaS platform that scans e-commerce websites, evaluates their readiness for AI shopping agents, and generates structured data (JSON-LD, product feeds, machine-readable policies) to improve product visibility in AI-powered search and shopping experiences. The service is operated by Arnaud Buisine, sole proprietor, based in France.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the MerchantStamp service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Service Description
MerchantStamp provides three plan tiers: Bronze (free audit with basic recommendations), Silver (automated structured data generation and publishing), and Gold (continuous monitoring, hourly updates, and priority support). The specific features of each plan may evolve over time. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. Account & Scan Credits
Free accounts receive a limited number of scan credits. Additional credits are available through paid plans. Scan credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations and pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MerchantStamp only for legitimate e-commerce optimization purposes. You may not: use the service to scan websites you do not own or manage without authorization, attempt to reverse-engineer the scanning algorithms, use automated tools to abuse the scan credit system, or resell scan results without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The MerchantStamp platform, including its scanning technology, scoring algorithms, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. Structured data generated for your store is yours to use freely. The MerchantStamp brand, logo, and associated materials remain our property.
7. Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
MerchantStamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Scan results and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee any specific outcome in AI search rankings.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
